Point well-taken re: Welome Signs. Penn is a drag to drive in, through, or around. However, I should point out that Virginia used to have a sign (may still do), entering from Maryland, "EXILE!" -- something about illegal gun possession. Not sure if you are exiled to a Cheney Gulag or something, but a rather chilling first impression of the "Commonwealth" (misnomer really, as most of the wealth is concentrated in Mclean and Langley, VA-- Cheney territory).

Caterpillar Inc., moving to boost its presence in the booming Asia-Pacific market, on Wednesday unveiled an approximately $500 million transaction that will boost the heavy-equipment giant's 50 percent ownership stake in a joint venture to a controlling 67 percent. Some of these used equipment are sold in Banago, Philippines. I got this information in komatpillar.com
